The city has been found to illegally cited a number of beauty spas for operating illegal businesses because they offered services that the city intentionally and improperly designated as massage businesses.
Even worse, the city has adopted a policy that designates owners and landlords as being responsible for the conduct of occupants and operators in premises they rent.
This is illegal and unconscionable. We can fix it for you.
